All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping & Processing Times

In-Stock Items:

Orders for in-stock items are processed within 5-7 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Pre-Order Items:

Pre-order items are custom-made and require additional processing time. Please allow 8-12 weeks for production and shipping.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

• Time Frame: Items can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Returns must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Exceptions: Due to hygiene standards, panties, thongs, and bodysuits cannot be returned if the hygiene seal is broken or removed.
